The acceptable formats in which you can send your files, blueprints, and artworks are:

How am I billed?

Billing is sent once your order has been placed, thus ensuring the timely delivery of your prints and plans. Philadelphia Blueprints accepts all major credit cards.

How do I get my prints?

Here at Philadelphia Blueprints, we use FedEx Ground® Business delivery via ground shipping, which enables us to charge one low flat shipping rate and offer 100 percent coverage to all U.S. business addresses. Small-package delivery is completed within one to five business days in the continental U.S. and within three to seven business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments made before 2 PM normally arrive within one to two business days, depending on your destination in Philadelphia.

What options are available for scanning?

Philadelphia Blueprints’ high-resolution digital scanning services in color and monochrome are available in a wide variety of formats, including PDF, TIF/TIFF, and JPG/JPEG. You may choose between two resolution options – 200 dpi or 400 dpi – for your black and white scans.

Scans are delivered via:

  • E-mail
  • FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
  • Storage in a CD or DVD
  • Upload to a password-protected folder, available for download on any computer with Internet access
